๐ Pressure Chip
BOSCH's BME280 pressure sensor is perfect for our mini GPS tracker. Its application is very popular in embedded systems, due to its precise measurements and miniature size. The metal casing houses both a pressure sensor and a temperature sensor.
In addition, its technological and energy performances are remarkable: 2.7ยตA for a reading every Hz in low-power mode. It's the perfect sensor for data acquisition at low energy cost.
Last but not least, the BMP280's price/performance ratio is equally impressive. BOSCH has succeeded in making a reliable, high-quality sensor affordable.
